Description
The HEAT machines are developed for the induction pre-heating before welding. Unlike the traditional furnace, HEAT system is immediately available, even for one piece only, with important reduction of the energy consumption. A quick pre-heating has also the advantage to reduce the oxidation, to avoid the intermediate cleaning operation before welding.
Features
HEAT offers a uniform and quick pre-heating of workpieces of weight from 1 to 40 kg. Four versions area available, depending on the workpiece to be welded, from 6KW to 25 KW, all managed by a graphic PLC that controls the heating parameters.
